2. Goal: By the end of ten weeks, I will have come up with at least three differential diagnoses for each patient that I assess. a. Objective: Select appropriate mental health screening tools for each patient. b. Objective: Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests. c. Objective: Utilize the DSM-5 in identifying the differential diagnoses as per a patient’s presentation.
3. Goal: By the end of 10 weeks, I will have created treatment plans for at least 10 adult and pediatric patients diagnosed with mental health disorders. a. Objective: Use clinical guidelines to guide in selecting evidence-based interventions. b. Objective: Create health education and promotion plans for clients and their families. c. Objective: Engage in interprofessional collaboration to develop holistic patient care plans.
